The power of community

Life showed me pretty quickly the type of leader I aspire to be. It will always be a work in progress because we are all human and perfection in my eyes is unattainable.

As #Chingona101 evolves, I love that we are cultivating a space of community founded on support. I think that we are all in some way inspired by someone who has unintentionally or intentionally influenced our lives. I always try to acknowledge who those people are because I would not been able to develop myself as a leader without them.

I believe that each one of us has a gift and if we came together and used each others strengths now that would be a, "STATEMENT!" That is what I love about being able to build a community of #latina Women, #WOC can come and be inspired. To know that we can come together as a collective whole and help each other find a place at the table.
